Visibility AI is a commercial self-hosted software product designed to help businesses improve discoverability across search engines, answer engines, generative AI systems, and future AI-powered discovery platforms. Visibility AI combines SEO, AEO, GEO, and SXO into one unified visibility framework.
License And Permitted Use
Visibility AI is licensed, not sold. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, each customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and operate Visibility AI for one customer-owned or customer-controlled website deployment.
You may use the software to scan your website, organize business information, generate AI-ready authority content, publish articles, prepare schema-ready language, create FAQs, support internal linking, and improve semantic clarity for your own legitimate business purposes.
Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, share, copy, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, remove ownership notices, publish private files, expose API credentials, or use Visibility AI to build a competing product without written permission.
You may not use Visibility AI for spam, deceptive marketing, impersonation, unlawful content, malware, phishing, scraping that violates third-party rights, false business claims, fake testimonials, fake credentials, fake media mentions, or any content that violates applicable law.
Accounts, Access, And Redeem Codes
Customer accounts may be created through purchase, redeem code, complimentary access, or approved administrative access. Redeem codes are one-time credentials and may not be sold, posted publicly, reused, transferred after activation, or exploited through fraud or chargeback abuse.
Visibility AI may disable access for abuse, fraud, refunded transactions, chargebacks, suspicious activity, shared codes, unauthorized distribution, violation of these Terms, or activity that threatens the platform, customers, infrastructure, payment accounts, or reputation of Visibility AI.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for your domain, hosting account, website files, server compatibility, backups, email configuration, business claims, published content, legal compliance, privacy disclosures, industry regulations, advertising rules, and decisions made based on AI-generated output.
You should review all generated content before relying on it publicly. AI-generated content may require editing for accuracy, tone, jurisdiction, industry rules, professional obligations, factual claims, disclaimers, medical, legal, financial, tax, employment, real estate, insurance, or regulated-industry compliance.
AI-Generated Content
Visibility AI may generate articles, FAQs, summaries, topical content, business profile content, service page language, location-based content, internal linking suggestions, entity-focused content, and other visibility assets. AI output is generated from available business information, website signals, settings, prompts, and approved context.
AI output can be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, similar to other content, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for approving, editing, publishing, unpublishing, deleting, or correcting generated content.
No Search, Ranking, AI Citation, Or Revenue Guarantee
Visibility AI is intended to improve structure, clarity, publishing consistency, and AI-readability. It does not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, AI citations, AI recommendations, answer-engine placement, generative-engine mentions, search-engine visibility, or business outcomes.
Third-Party Services
Visibility AI may depend on hosting providers, browsers, email systems, payment processors, PHP, server extensions, Groq-powered AI processing, search engines, AI platforms, and other third-party systems. Visibility AI is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, pricing changes, model changes, blocked requests, hosting limitations, or platform behavior outside its control.
Self-Hosted Installation
Customer installations are intended to run on compatible hosting environments that allow PHP files, writable folders, outbound HTTPS requests, and standard server functionality. Closed website builders or restricted hosting environments may not support the software unless a separate compatible integration is provided.
Security And Backups
You are responsible for maintaining secure hosting credentials, admin passwords, backups, file permissions, and access to your website. Visibility AI may include security controls, but no software can guarantee absolute security. You should back up your website before installing or updating any software.
Updates And Changes
Visibility AI may be updated to improve functionality, security, AI integration, compliance, performance, or commercial readiness. Features may change over time. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated version and any updated terms posted with it.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Visibility AI, Visibility AI, its owner, team, contractors, suppliers, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, business-interruption, reputation, ranking, traffic, indexing, or AI-visibility damages.
The maximum liability for any claim related to Visibility AI is limited to the amount paid for the software during the transaction giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
No Professional Advice
Visibility AI does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, investment, employment, or professional advice. Customers should consult qualified professionals before relying on generated content in regulated, high-risk, or professional contexts.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms, misuse the product, attempt unauthorized distribution, abuse redeem codes, expose protected files, reverse engineer the system, or create risk for the product, customers, payment accounts, infrastructure, or business owner.
