Software Product

Visibility AI is delivered through a customer dashboard as a downloadable ZIP package containing the self-hosted software files. The product is intended for installation on a compatible customer-controlled website that supports PHP and standard file operations.

Refund Review Window

Refund requests may be reviewed within 14 calendar days of purchase unless a different written offer, marketplace rule, payment-provider rule, or applicable law requires otherwise. A refund request should include the purchase email, order information, redeem code if applicable, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Support Before Refund

Many issues can be resolved by checking the purchase email, redeem code, email confirmation, dashboard login, ZIP upload location, hosting file permissions, PHP version, ZIP extension, outbound HTTPS access, or installation path. Customers are encouraged to contact support before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.

Download Status

Because Visibility AI is downloadable software, refund eligibility may be affected by whether the customer has downloaded the product, activated a redeem code, received installation help, used complimentary access, distributed files, or installed the software. Downloaded software can be copied, so refund requests are reviewed carefully.

Redeem Codes

Redeem codes are one-time access credentials. A code that has been used, transferred, publicly posted, resold, shared, abused, refunded, disabled, or associated with chargeback activity may be permanently disabled. Refunded or disabled codes cannot be reused, resold, transferred, or reactivated unless Visibility AI Support approves an exception in writing.

Automatic Access Revocation

When a refund, reversal, chargeback, fraud notice, or payment-provider cancellation is confirmed, Visibility AI may automatically revoke dashboard login, download access, redeem code access, managed AI gateway credentials, and any future product access tied to the refunded transaction or customer account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be declined for abuse, fraud, code sharing, unauthorized resale, chargeback misuse, refusal to allow reasonable support troubleshooting, incompatible hosting outside the stated requirements, attempts to reverse engineer or redistribute the software, violation of the Terms, or use of the product beyond the intended access rights.

Marketplace Purchases

If Visibility AI is sold through a third-party marketplace, that marketplace may have its own refund rules, dispute procedures, deadlines, and buyer protections. Marketplace policies may apply in addition to this policy. Visibility AI may still disable software access after a marketplace refund, reversal, or account cancellation.

Complimentary Access

Complimentary, promotional, partner, beta, administrative, or gifted access does not create a cash refund right because no direct customer payment may have been received for that access. Complimentary access can be revoked for abuse, security risk, expired promotion, or violation of the Terms.

Hosting And Third-Party Costs

Visibility AI is not responsible for hosting fees, domain fees, marketplace fees, payment-provider fees, email-provider fees, third-party service fees, lost business, lost traffic, lost rankings, migration costs, developer costs, or other expenses outside the purchase price paid for Visibility AI itself.

How To Request A Refund

Email support@getvisibilityai.com with the purchase email, order details, redeem code if applicable, date of purchase, description of the issue, screenshots if helpful, and the steps already tried. Support may ask for additional information to verify the account and diagnose the issue.

Final Decision

Refund decisions are made based on purchase status, download status, access status, payment-provider rules, marketplace rules, support history, abuse risk, and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights that may apply under consumer protection laws.
